Shipments

After payment has been received in full by Cosmonilia, the order can be processed. Shipment is made within three working days after receipt of payment. If the product is ‘in restock’, it means that we are producing it and that it will be available for shipment in seven working days. During sales and holidays, shipments may be delayed.
Shipments are carried out by DHL. You will be sent the reference number of the shipment and the link to track it in the order processing email. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday during office hours; no preferred time slots can be chosen.
The shipping cost varies depending on the country, but will be visible in the shopping cart during check-out, before completing the payment. Shipping to Italy is free for orders over €69.
For non-EU shipments, taxes and customs duties may be charged upon delivery, depending on the country’s regulations. All extra costs shall be borne by the recipient.
Any delays in delivery attributable directly to the courier or to customs controls are beyond Cosmonilia’s responsibility.

Returns

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, he may return one or more products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the purchased goods: it is possible to change the size, colour or model, or have the full amount refunded.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, both in Italy and abroad.
A change of model, size and/or colour can only be made once and only for products of the same price. In this case, Cosmonilia is responsible for shipping the replacement product.
How do I make a return?
You send the following completed returns form to the email address headquarter@cosmonilia.it and then dispatch the parcel, following the instructions provided by the company. Cosmonilia reserves the right to refuse unauthorised returns, communicated/delayed returns or returns of products which are not returned in the same condition in which the customer received them, or without the original box. In such cases, the goods shall be returned to the sender at the shipping address provided with the order. An exchange or refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at Cosmonilia’s premises and the items have been checked. In the event of a refund, payment will be made in approximately seven working days. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the purchase and any differences due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be reimbursed. In the event that the customer receives defective or incorrect goods, he is required to follow the same instructions as above. In this case, however, the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises shall be borne by Cosmonilia.
